Reflective Analysis and Goal-Setting Improvement Plan Worksheet

0.99

This is the time of the year where we step back and analyze where we are and where we want to be. The time where we consider if the goals we set at the beginning of the year have been realized and if there are any changes or improvements that need to be made. The problem with creating goals and “New Years Resolutions” is that we rarely achieve the goals we set at the beginning of every year. Why? There are many reasons but the top three are:

  • We create no action steps to accompany said goals

  • We create no time-limits to achieve said goals

  • Said goals are not realistic

If you are subscribed to our email list then you are familiar with my Reflective Analysis and Goal Setting Improvement Plan Worksheet designed to help you to create an outline of S.M.A.R.T. goals. Goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound.

Included in this worksheet are two examples of my own goals. One personal goal and one professional goal. Next, is a chart for you to start on three goals of your own: Personal, Academic/Financial/Spiritual, and Professional.
